Nicknamed “TIC-TAC,” this device separates the skin and seeds from the pulp. It’s perfect for making delicious tomato sauces, of course, but can also be used for compotes and jams.
Its stainless steel frame is equipped with a clamp to secure the device to your countertop. Simply oil the central drum and the mechanism’s spring before and after each use.

Product made in Italy. Please note that slight traces of grease may be present on the metal parts. Since the various parts are not individually wrapped inside the box, they may rub against each other during shipping, causing minor marks on the metal.
